Campsite regulations

1 - GENERAL TERMS

1) ENTRANCE TERMS
Nobody is authorized to enter, set up or stay on the campsite without
previous authorization of the management or its representative who has
to make sure that siting is correct and that the rules and regulations are
upheld.
Staying on the campsite means that you are willing to accept and fulfil
the conditions of these rules and regulations.

2) POLICE FORMALITIES
Any person staying at the least one night on the campsite must produce
his identity papers to the management or its representative and carry
out police formalities.
Young persons without their parents will only be accepted upon
presentation of written parent's consent.

3) SETTING UP
Tent, caravan as well as any other equipment must be confined to the
pitch indicated by the campsite management or its representative.

4) INFORMATION CENTRE
Open in July and August from 8.00 a.m to 8.00 p.m and in the low
season from 9.00 a.m. to noon and from 2.00 p.m to 6.00 p.m.
The information centre will provide all useful information concerning
camp-facilities, possibilities of fresh supplies, sport facilities, interesting
sights and useful addresses. A complaints book or a special box
dedicated to receive the complaints is at the campers' disposal.
Complaints will be only taken into consideration if they are signed,
dated, written as much as possible in distinct terms and concern quite
recent events.

5) TAXES
Taxes will be paid to the Information Centre. Their amount is displayed
at the campsite entry and at the Information Centre and depends on the
number of nights spent on site. Campers will have to inform the
Information Centre the day before their leaving. If campers want to
leave the campsite before the opening of the Information Centre, they
will have to make all payments the day before.

6) NOISE AND SILENCE
Campers are required to avoid any noise and activities which may
disturb their neighbours, and to turn down their radios and any musical
equipment. Please close your doors and boots quietly.
Dogs and other animals are only allowed if kept on a lead. They can't be
left alone on the campsite, or even locked in, even if the owners wish to
leave the plot.
Complete silence between midnight and 6.00 p.m.

7) VISITORS
After being authorized by the management or its representative, visitors
will be allowed to enter the campsite at the responsibility of the hosting
camper. Campers are allowed to have one or two visitors and meet
them at the Information Centre. Any visitor staying overnight will
be subject to a supplement and "taxe de sejour", this tax is
displayed at the campsite entry and at the Information Centre.
Visitors' cars are not allowed on the campsite.

8) TRAFFIC AND PARKING
Inside the campsite speed is limited at 10 KM/H.
No traffic between midnight and 6.00 a.m is allowed.
Only campers staying on the campsite can drive inside the campsite.
Parking on other tent or caravan pitches is strictly forbidden and
moreover parking must not interfere with other traffic or newcomers
setting up.

9) MAINTAINING THE APPEARANCE OF THE CAMPSITE
Everyone must respect the cleanliness and the hygiene of the campsite.
Don't throw dirty water on the ground or in the gutters. Caravaners must
empty their tanks at the appropriate place.
Put household refuse, scraps of any kind and papers into the bins
provided.
Everyone must avoid any action which could prejudice the campsite
cleanliness, hygiene and any aspect of its surfaces, especially its
sanitation.
Washing must be confined to the appropriate sinks provided.
Washing should be dried in the wash rooms. However it is permitted to
hang out washing on each plot until 10 a.m. providing that it does not
interfere with the neighbours. Care must be taken of trees, plants and
flowers. Campers are not allowed to hammer nails into trees, cut
branches or plant. Do not mark off pitches by yourself. Do not dig into
the ground. Any damage made to plants, fences, campsite or fittings will
be charged to the camper. The pitch must be maintained as it was
found upon arrival.

10) SECURITY

10 a) FIRE
Open fires (wood, charcoal, etc.) are prohibited. Cooking appliances
must be kept in good order and mustn't be used in hazardous
conditions.
In case of fire, inform the camp manager immediately.
Fire extinguishers are at everyone's disposal. A comprehensive first-aid
kit is available at the Information Centre.

10 b) THEFT
The management is responsible for items left in their charge at the
Information Centre and is also responsible for the general surveillance
of the campsite. Campers must accept responsibility for their own site
and inform the management of any suspicious persons on site.
Although the campsite is patrolled, campers are required to look after
their own equipment.

11) GAMES
No violent or disturbing game is allowed close to the campsite facilities.
The meeting room can only be used for quiet games.
Parents will always have to watch over their children.

12) UNOCCUPIED TENTS AND CARAVANS
Unoccupied tents or caravans may be left on the campsite with the prior
consent of the management.
When caravans or tents are permanently left on a campsite, a tax will
have to be paid, details available at the Information Centre.

13) INFORMATION
These rules and regulations are displayed at the campsite entrance and
at the Information Centre. They can be presented to any customer on
request.

14) INFRINGEMENT TO THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS
In the case of any camper disturbing others or failing to abide by these
conditions, the management or its representative will issue a verbal or
written warning. If this is ignored, the management can cancel the
contract.
In extreme cases the management reserve the right to call the police.

2 - PARTICULAR TERMS

Barbecues and any open type of fire are strictly forbidden. Only
electrical barbecues are allowed.
